Mshawashe משוושה (مشوشة)

:For those of you not familiar with the term

Mshawashe is a dish of freshly cooked warm chickpeas mixed with tahina and served with freshly-squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.
Mshawashe is a common dish in the Arab villages of the Upper & Western Galilee.
The meaning of the word is: distorted or scrambled (or even mentally unstable),
in contrast to the more familiar hummus, which is normally served in the form of smooth paste.
